our set-up
It stands on three main pillars :
1 The regional offices: in charge of day-to-day management, they are responsible for contacts with our clients, for the development and fulfilment of assignments in their areas.
2 The trade referents, in charge of monitoring a network of advisers capable of carrying out assignments in each business area.
3 The back-office team, in charge of the coordination, management and development of the association.
Beyond this approach by business areas, and taking into account the specific requirements of certain sectors of industry, we may choose to adopt ad hoc structures allowing consolidated offers, eg for the Health sector.
Similarly, we prefer a consolidated approach for our activities abroad.
